	JUST REDUCED 'LADY ISABEL' is the oldest surviving motor yacht built as a non-commercial yacht in Hong Kong by the Hutchison Whampoa Shipyard in 1957. The brainchild of the then MD of the yard, she was built with the best materials and equipment available at the time. Subsequently owned by the Chartered Bank she and her professional crew served many visiting dignitaries and guests. The following two owners did their best to keep Isabel as original and in as good state as they saw fit. Acquired in 2006 by an experienced yachtsman, she underwent a professional and complete restoration and refit under our management. Her hull was found to be 95% perfect. Where decay had left its marks we replaced with the best solutions leaving the character of the yacht intact. Where possible we rebuilt with original materials. New teak decks were fitted. The engines were taken out and overhauled. Much attention was taken to replace the interior to the original plan. Modern touches such as ample refrigeration, air conditioning, generator and electrical system were added and the inside steering position was relocated to the mid deck bridge. After the successful restoration the owner felt that the time, effort and money involved in the restoration justified adding �Lady� to her original name �Isabel�! Today she is in better than new condition and an ideal yacht for family weekends, corporate entertainment or even luxurious charter. A new restoration project has lead to the decision to sell her to a new caring owner. The restoration is fully documented and a qualified marine surveyor has been engaged during the restoration process. His survey report is available to a potential buyer.
