BROKER COMMENT

There are strong arguments for new builds remaining under 24m with reduced initial cost to build, reduced manning and less rules and regulations that would otherwise apply.

From the design perspective, space is one thing you are never short of on a catamaran because the interior layout and size of rooms and exterior spaces are not constrained by a single hull.

With the KingCat 90 owner and guest rooms are promoted to main deck level, with more incoming natural light and better views looking out.

In this case, an 11.40m max beam width has allowed a master cabin that more resembles a penthouse apartment to anything you might expect to find on a yacht, and even with its own balcony on the port side.

The bridge and navigation area are located on the upper deck with full walkaround access and an open-plan interior design.

Inside the upper deck is the dining table with seating for twelve, a TV lounge area and separate bar, and each zone has rear doors that open onto a second external aft-deck seating and dining area. Alternatively, guests can simply walk up the side decks to the spectacular full width foredeck, with further lounge style seating and sun-pad spaces offering sensational panoramic views.

For anyone requiring the utmost level of privacy, the flybridge deck has additional lounge-style seating and further sun-pad spaces.
